Works in tandem with the sales manager. After the homes have been sold, the construction manager will take the construction documents (plans, purchase agreement, change orders, etc) and develop a plan of action to complete the construction of the home with subcontractors, employees and the Heritage Homes of Nebraska field services crew in a timely and efficient manner. During construction, the construction manager will keep an updated and revised schedule to keep homeowners, subcontractors, lead carpenters, field services and sales manager updated of progress and anticipated project completion. Creates Change Orders as necessary and does progressive payment invoicing as work has been completed on-site. Also takes the history of completed project invoicing, labor, truck and skid loader costs and keeps a current insta-price sheet for the sales manager to sell from.
