Maximizing Space: Innovative Design for Tight or Narrow Lots
At the start of this project, we recognized the challenge of working with the limited space. With no extra parking area and a nearby road offering limited parking, we had to come up with a creative solution. We were able to design a modern 1.5 story 4-plex with 2 beds and 2 baths, complete with a convenient pull under garage.
