Duties include: assist with the set of modular sections onto a foundation and completion of on-site modular finish work while providing high quality craftsmanship. Must have great attention to detail, and ability to communicate with team members and homeowners. Travel is a requirement. Private hotel room, travel time and meals paid. Duties include: providing new-hire onboarding, administering benefit programs, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. Foundational knowledge of HR principals and best practices, as well as federal and state employment laws preferred. Experience with OSHA a plus.
